Generally the Physical Presence of the Allottee is required 3 (Three) Times.
First time : For Submitting the required Documents in the Samreddhi Office or Logix Office. Any Authorized person on behalf of the allottee can submit the Documents. (Visit at Samreddhi Office : C-443 Sector 19 Noida (Ground Floor) or Logix Office at basement, A-4 and 5, Sector-16, Noida) or Save a visit and Courier all documents with Cheque to C-443, Sector-19, Noida-201301 in name of Sunny Chawla.
Second time : For Signing the Documents . All Allottee(s) must visit personally. (Visit at Samreddhi office at Ground Floor, C-443, Sector-19, Noida -Back Side entry)
Third time : At the day of registration all allotees have to come. (Visit to the Registrar office Sector 33 Noida)
