2.Photo and Signatures attested from Bank/ Gazetted Officer of each allottee (on the format given. Any other format by allottees bank can also be used)- (Original Required) Download from the link below 3.PAN Card Copy of each allottee. (2 Copies ) Form 60 will be required in case of non availability of PAN card copy.
4.Copy of Photo ID address proof of each allottee. (2 copies). Accepted IDs are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, OCI.
5.NOC from the Bank from which loan is taken to purchase the Flat (in case of ongoing loan)(Original Required). In case of full payment done to the bank and Loan closed, then copy of No dues
6. Copy of Builder Buyer Agreement , No Dues/No Objection and Possession letter issued by Amrapali. Original will also be required to be seen by the Receiver if there is No Loan on the Flat or loan is fully paid.
B. IN CASE OF INDIVIDUALS through POWER OF ATTORNEY : (For Those Allottees who are not available to sign the documents and cannot come for the registration personally) 1.4 No. photographs of the POA holder (Should be recent)
2.Photo and Signatures attested from Bank/ Gazetted Officer of the POA Holder on the format given. Any other format by allottees bank can also be used)- (Original Required) Download from the link below
3.PAN Card Copy and Copy of Photo ID Addess Proof of original allottee. (2 Copies ) Form 60 will be required in case of non availability of PAN card.
4.PAN Card Copy of POA Holder (2 Copies ) Form 60 will be required in case of non availability of PAN card.
5.Copy of Photo ID address proof of POA Holder (2 copies). Accepted IDs are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, OCI.
6.2 Copies of Registered Power of Attorney / Power of Attorney (Sent from Outside India)
7. NOC from the Bank from which loan is taken to purchase the Flat (in case of ongoing loan)(Original Required). In case of full payment done to the bank and Loan closed, then copy of No dues

4.Copy of Photo ID address proof of Authorized Signatory (2 copies). Accepted IDs are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, OCI.
5.Certified Board Resolution (Original Required)
6.MOA and AOA of the company (Original Required)
7.List of Directors and Shareholders of the company certified by the CA. (Original Required)
8. NOC from the Bank from which loan is taken to purchase the Flat (in case of ongoing loan)(Original Required). In case of full payment done to the bank and Loan closed, then copy of No dues
