2. Upon Filing the Form, the details will be verified with us (samreddhi) according to our records and an email with the stamp duty amount and all other expenses and relevant details on the e-mail id entered in the form. Expenses can also be checked from http://bit.ly/Princelyregistryexpenses
3. On receiving the e-mail, the allottee have to arrange and submit the required documents as given in the e-mail in the Samreddhi Office (C-443 Sector 19 Noida- Ground Floor-Back Side entry)Google location : https://g.page/Samreddhi?gmor Courier can be done to C-443, Sector-19, Noida-201301 in name of Sunny Chawla or to be GIVEN at Club of Princely Estate, Sector-76, Noida
4. For Faster Process and for sake of convenience, clear scanned copy of the Documents can be shared at Samreddhi@yahoo.com
5. On receiving of the documents, the E Stamp will be acquired by us. After procuring the E Stamp the required documents will be prepared by us and will be Signed by allottee.
6. On Signing of the Documents by the allottee, the documents will be signed by the receiver.
7. After the documents are signed by Allottee, we will get the required approvals and signatures on documents from the Noida Authority.
8. After approval from Noida Authority, the registration fee will be deposited through NEFT/ RTGS/ NET BANKING / DEBIT CARD /CREDIT CARD . We will coordinate with the allottee to get the same deposited through most convenient mode as desired.
9.Thereafter registry will happen, The time and day will be informed to the allottee for the registration. The Allottee will then have to visit the Sub Registrar 3 office, First Floor situated in sector 33 opposite NTPC and adjacent to iskon temple and RTO. In case allottee is not available for registration on the informed date, then he may inform us for the same and some next date will be informed to him.
10. Within 5-7 working days from the date of registration a scanned copy of the registry will be shared by us with the Allottee on Whatsapp/ Email id in case there is no loan then it can be collected from Sector 19 office . In cases of loan Allottee can avail certified copy at Rs. 800/- and original in case of loan will be collected by the receiver and then bank will collect from the receiver.
